RR Dynamic Camera v2.0.0 - The Ultimate Immersion Overhaul
Hey everyone! Let's be completely honest, the vanilla Minecraft camera is incredibly static and lifeless compared to modern action games. Whether you are sprinting for your life, taking massive damage from a Creeper explosion, or falling off a cliff, your camera perspective never changes. It breaks the immersion and makes combat feel flat and unresponsive.
I created the RR Dynamic Camera Addon to completely overhaul how you experience the game. This highly advanced script introduces a cinematic, physics-based camera system that reacts to everything you do in the world. From smooth third-person zooms to violent explosion shakes, your gameplay will finally feel alive and fast-paced. For Version 2.0.0, the core engine has been completely rewritten. This is the Full Access Edition, meaning the advanced Camera Modes, the immersive Combat Shakes, and the complete Settings Menu are 100% unlocked for you right out of the box!
Dynamic Visuals & Movement Physics (►)
You do not need to hold any special items to trigger these effects. The script naturally detects your movements and automatically shifts your perspective to give you a massive gameplay advantage.
- Sneak Zoom (Third Person): Simply Sneak (crouch) to dynamically shift your camera into a smooth, over-the-shoulder third-person zoom. It is perfect for aiming a bow, peeking around corners, or scouting distant structures without needing a Spyglass.
- Sprint Wide FOV: The moment you start sprinting, the camera smoothly pulls back to widen your Field of View (FOV). This gives you a massive sense of speed and a wider peripheral vision, making parkour and escapes feel incredibly intense.
- 4 Camera Modes: Completely customize the flow of your gameplay. Open your menu to choose between Cinematic (slow & smooth transitions), Smooth (balanced), Action (fast response), or Intense (instant, snappy camera shifts).
Combat & Survival Shakes (■)
Every hit matters. The camera now dynamically shakes and recoils based on your environment, giving you critical visual feedback during combat.
- Damage & Attack Recoil: When you take damage from mobs or other players, the screen shakes to simulate the impact. Similarly, when you successfully land a hit on an enemy, a subtle recoil effect plays, making combat feel heavy and satisfying.
- Explosions & Fall Impact: Surviving a massive TNT blast or a Creeper explosion triggers an intense, specialized screen shake that throws off your balance. Hard landings also trigger a "Fall Impact" shake, alongside a subtle camera bob every time you land a regular jump.
- Low Health Pulse (♥): Never die accidentally again. When your health drops below 3 hearts, your screen will begin to emit a subtle, rhythmic pulse, warning you to heal up immediately before it is too late.
Deep Customization & The Test Menu (◆)
Every player handles screen movement differently, so I built a deeply customizable physics engine. You have total control over what effects are active.
From the Settings Menu, you can individually toggle Sneak Zoom, Sprint FOV, Fall Impact, Attack Recoil, and the Low Health Pulse ON or OFF. You can also adjust the Shake Intensity Slider (Low, Medium, or High) to ensure the effects never cause motion sickness. Not sure what an effect looks like? Open the brand new Test Effects Menu to safely simulate Damage Shakes or Explosions on your screen before heading into battle!
Unified Book GUI & Live Statistics (★)
I completely eliminated the need for complex chat commands or carrying multiple tools. To access your entire camera system, simply hold any standard Book (Writable, Written, or Enchanted), Sneak (crouch), and Use the item to open the Master UI Panel.
The script also features a silent background tracking system. Open the Personal Stats Panel from your Book menu to view your complete acrobatic history. Track your Total Zooms, Total Sprints, Damage Shakes, Fall Impacts, and Attack Recoils. You can even export these stats directly to the server chat to show off your activity!

[ IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT ]
This addon relies entirely on highly advanced custom Script APIs to track player states, manipulate camera angles in real-time, generate screen shakes, and render the custom UI menus. You MUST go to your World Settings > Experiments tab, and turn on Beta APIs before loading your world. If you do not enable this setting, the camera effects will not trigger and the Book menu will not open!
