Drops Are Random

Every block break and mob kill drops 1-3 completely random items from the entire game's item pool instead of normal loot. Pure chaos for challenge runs and content. Achievement friendly.
What's new
- Increased the jackpot chance from 5% to 7%, so bonus loot drops a bit more often
- Mob drops now spawn slightly higher (0.5 blocks), so items no longer clip into the ground or blocks
