Dead's Tombstones

A Minecraft Bedrock Edition add-on. When a player dies, their belongings go into a tombstone placed at (or right beside) their death location, floating text above it names the grave and the exact death coordinates, and the player is handed a signed death location book once they respawn.

Tombstones cannot be broken. The owner walks up to their grave, interacts with it, and everything comes back to the slot it was taken from - armour worn again, totem back in the offhand, hotbar exactly as it was.

Player dies -> Tombstone 1 appears, holding their items
            -> "<Name>'s Grave" / "[X, Y, Z]" floats above it
            -> player respawns and receives a Death Location book
            -> owner interacts with the tombstone -> items returned, grave gone

There is also an operator-only /dev give command that hands over a full survival test kit, so graves can be exercised with realistic gear.
