This software (the “Addon”) is protected under international copyright laws. By downloading, installing, or using this Addon, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this license.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Addon, including but not limited to all JSON configurations, loot tables, functions, scripts, and original file structures, remains the sole intellectual property of DrizarMC. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the author.

2. Permitted Use & Distribution

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to:

- Install and use the Addon in personal, private, or public Minecraft worlds and servers.

- Feature the Addon in media content (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, etc.) provided that the attribution requirements in Section 3 are met.

- Share the Addon only via the official CurseForge project page or the author’s designated official links.

3. Attribution & Credit Requirements

For any public display, showcase, or server usage, the Licensee must provide visible credit to the author.

Format: “Addon by DrizarMC”

Requirement: A direct link to the original CurseForge project page must be included in the video description, stream information, or server documentation.

Failure to provide proper attribution may result in a formal copyright claim or DMCA takedown request.

4. Prohibited Actions (Strict Restrictions)

The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from DrizarMC:

- Unauthorized Redistribution: Re-uploading the Addon files to third-party hosting sites (e.g., MediaFire, Google Drive, Mega) or other modding platforms.

- Monetization: Placing the Addon or its download links behind paywalls, ad-gate shorteners (e.g., AdFly, Linkvertise), or any monetized link-sharing systems.

- Modification & Extraction: Distributing modified versions, “re-packs”, or extracting specific code/assets for use in other public projects.

- Reverse Engineering: De-obfuscating or repurposing the internal logic of the Addon for external software.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Addon in your possession.
