The following is the license that will govern the use, distribution and modification of the maps and texture packs ("Texturepacks") of Minecraft developed by PlasmaSpace Studios Inc. This license reproduces and adapts the general guidelines of the Terms of Use available at http://plasmaspacestudios.com/terminos-de-uso/

1. Granting of Rights
1.1. PlasmaSpace Studios Inc. (hereinafter “the Licensor”) grants to the user (hereinafter “the Licensee”) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and revocable right to:
- Download, install and run the maps and texture packs.
- Use the maps and texture packs for personal, educational, or content creation purposes (videos, streams, tutorials).
1.2. Redistribution of maps or texture packs through direct sale or bundled into paid projects is prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing by the Licensor.

2. Restricciones
2.1. The Licensee may not:
- Remove, alter, or conceal any proprietary notices, trademarks, or authorship notices inserted in the files.
- Claim original authorship of maps or texture packs or present the products as your own.
- Redistributing modified versions under a different name without clearly indicating the modifications and without maintaining the original credits.
2.2. It is prohibited to use these resources for:
- Illegal activities or those that violate the rights of third parties.
- Including them within other commercial packages without authorization.
- Promoting hate speech, extreme violence, or content contrary to the content policy of Minecraft and PlasmaSpace Studios Inc.

3. Modifications and Derivatives
3.1. The Licensee may modify the maps or texture packs for personal use.
- PlasmaSpace Studios Inc reserves all rights, and therefore you may not modify or publish such content.

3.2. If you wish to sublicense, sell, or commercially integrate a derivative, an additional agreement with PlasmaSpace Studios Inc. will be required.

4. Responsibilities and Guarantees
4.1. Maps and texture packs are delivered as is, with no express or implied warranty of functionality on any specific hardware or software configuration.
4.2. The Licensor is not responsible for:
- Loss of information, indirect damages or loss of profits.
- Incompatibilities with other mods, packs, or future versions of Minecraft.
4.3. Licensee assumes all responsibility for improper use, compliance with third-party licenses (e.g., required mods), and maintenance of its systems.
4.4. If the Licensee publishes the content without permission, they will be required to pay a penalty of $50 or $100 USD.

5. General Terms
5.1. This license shall be governed by the laws of Costa Rica and Mexico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica, without prejudice to the mandatory laws of other territories.
5.2. PlasmaSpace Studios Inc. reserves the right to revoke this license or update its terms at any time by posting notice at http://plasmaspacestudios.com/terms-of-use/. Your continued use will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
5.3. If any provision of this License is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
