Creaking Addon

The Creaking & Pale Garden Addon brings to Minecraft the early community recreation of the Creaking mob and the Pale Garden woodset, inspired by the concepts revealed during Minecraft Live 2024.

⚠️ This addon was originally developed in Minecraft 1.21.30, before the official Creaking and Pale Oak were added in 1.21.40. ⚠️

Pale Garden Woodset

Explore a complete custom woodset that includes:
• Pale Oak logs, planks, slabs, stairs
• Doors, trapdoors, buttons, pressure plates
• Decorative variations
• Pale Oak trees generated manually

Pale Oak saplings can be obtained from short grass with a 10% drop chance, and trees grow instantly using bone meal.

The Creaking (Pre-Official Concept Mob)

This addon introduces a custom version of the Creaking, with unique mechanics:

• Spawn Egg Variant:
– Vulnerable
– Can be attacked and killed by players

• Creaking Heart Variant:
– Must be placed between two logs to summon the mob
– Invulnerable
– When hit, it releases particles pointing toward the Heart
– Behaves more like the teased concept from Minecraft Live

Important Notes

• Custom biomes are no longer supported since MC 1.18
• Custom pressure plates and buttons cannot output Redstone signals
• This addon is a fan-made concept created before Mojang’s official implementation in version 1.21.40
