Minecraft But Crafts are Random is a chaos add-on for Minecraft Bedrock that remaps nearly every real vanilla recipe to a different item — the same shuffle every time, in every world.

🎲 FEATURES

🔀 The Shuffle

Every crafted, smelted, and smithed item is redirected to a fixed replacement — craft a wooden sword, get something completely different.

📦 870+ Tracked Recipes

Covers crafting table, furnace, smoker, blast furnace, and smithing table recipes — tools, armor, building blocks, food, dyes, minecarts, redstone components, and more.
✅ Recipe data is pulled directly from Mojang's own vanilla recipe files, not guessed — so coverage is accurate, not approximate.

🖼️ Correct Item in the Crafting Grid

The shuffled result shows up as the actual output in the crafting table, furnace, and smithing table — no flashing between the vanilla item and the swap, no surprises after the fact. What you see in the grid is what you get.

🛡️ Fallback Safety Net

Items obtained outside of crafting (trading, looting, mob drops) are still caught and shuffled on pickup, using the exact same fixed mapping — so the shuffle stays consistent no matter how you get the item.

⚡ COMMANDS

• 📜 /recipeshuffle:list — sends you the full shuffle mapping in chat
• 🔧 /recipeshuffle:toggle — turn the shuffle on or off

🚫 WHAT'S NOT SHUFFLED

• 🧪 Potions — brewing changes an item's data, not its type, so there's nothing to redirect
• ✨ Armor trims — purely cosmetic, no item swap involved
