Changes

• New Doors are nowplaceable under water.
• Cooking pot now drops empty pot when mining the block in any cooking state.
• Improved displays on item frames and shelves for some blocks.
• Improved placement for pebbles and other blocks that could previously not be placed on every solid block.
• Added tags to our wooden slabs to make recipes for blocks such as a barrel work.
• Pebbles can be held in the offhand.
