Version 0.1 of the Add-on is provided free of charge.
Free distribution does not place the Add-on in the public domain
and does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, or sublicense it.

2. Permitted Use

The recipient is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:

- Use the Add-on with Minecraft Bedrock for personal purposes.
- Privately modify the Add-on for personal use.
- Publish videos or livestreams featuring the Add-on.
- Use the Add-on in monetized videos or livestreams, including content supported by advertising revenue, donations, or similar income.
- Use the Add-on on non-commercial personal or small-scale Realms or servers.
- Keep reasonable backup copies.

Private modifications and backups must remain under the user's own control.

3. Limited Distribution Through Realms and Servers

If Minecraft or Realm standard functionality automatically transfers the pack
to participants of an otherwise permitted Realm or server, that transfer is allowed
only for the purpose of participating in that server.

This permission does not allow public downloads of the pack file,
permanent sharing, unrestricted distribution, redistribution, or resale.

Use of the Add-on on commercial servers, including paid-access servers,
for-profit operations, or business use by companies or organizations,
requires prior written permission from Saku Studio.

4. Prohibited Actions

Except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law, you may not:

- Redistribute, share, upload, or transmit the original Add-on files to third parties.
- Redistribute, share, upload, or transmit modified versions of the Add-on to third parties.
- Resell, rent, or sublicense the Add-on, either by itself or as part of a bundle.
- Upload the Add-on to file-sharing services, public repositories, or any other location where third parties can obtain it.
- Present the Add-on in a manner that falsely suggests it is an official or approved product of Minecraft, Mojang, or Microsoft.

5. Reverse Engineering and Similar Activities

Except for viewing or editing files as necessary for private modifications
permitted under Section 2, reverse engineering, decompilation,
circumvention of protection measures, and similar activities are prohibited.

This restriction does not apply where applicable law expressly permits such activities
and does not allow them to be restricted by contract.

6. Minecraft and Platform Terms

Use of the Add-on is also subject to the Minecraft EULA,
Minecraft Usage Guidelines, Microsoft Services Agreement,
and the terms of any distribution, video, or streaming platform used.

If this license conflicts with mandatory law or any mandatory applicable platform terms,
those requirements take precedence.

The Add-on is independently created unofficial content.
It is not endorsed, sponsored, supported, or affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

All names, trademarks, and official materials related to Minecraft
remain the property of their respective owners.

This license does not grant rights to any third-party intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
the Add-on is provided "AS IS".

The Rights Holder makes no express or implied warranties,
including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
continuous operation, freedom from defects, or compatibility.

Future updates to Minecraft or related APIs may cause the Add-on to stop functioning.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
the Rights Holder shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Add-on,
including loss of data, loss of profits, or similar damages.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted under this license
are reserved by Saku Studio.
