Start your adventure: catch, breed, engage in turn-based battles, and explore the world with Pokémon, 3D models, and systems inspired by the Java mod.

  • Apricorn trees, ores, and Poké Ball crafting
  • Restoration Tank, Fossil Analyzer, and Monitor (Gen 1–6 fossils + Galar fusions)
  • Loot in chests and structures

Vibrant visuals

Compatibility with this new feature has been added; explore your world with a fresh look for your Pokémon, featuring new compatible textures and even their own lighting.

Trainers

NPCs are now scattered throughout the world, ready to challenge you to a battle.
They appear alone—most often near villages—and wander about, challenging you **when your eyes meet**, just like in the games. In Creative mode, they are fully customizable: name, appearance (chosen from 1,559 skins), category, a team of up to six Pokémon (complete with their four moves and abilities), held items, and rewards.

Money and Shops

Winning a battle pays off, while losing comes at a cost. You can view your balance on the new **Trainer Card** within the team menu. There is also a second NPC role—the **Merchant**—featuring eight shop slots where the administrator can stock whatever items they choose (from the port or the base game) at any price they set.

Pokémon League

Eight Gyms and the League Tower are distributed across the world, housing their respective Gym Leaders, the Elite Four, and the Champion. They must be challenged **in order**: each Gym requires the preceding badges, the Elite Four requires all eight badges, and the Champion requires the four Elite Four victories. Each challenge has a **level cap**, so you cannot win simply by over-leveling a single Pokémon. Badges are recorded on your Trainer Card. The administrator can create additional leagues, adjust level caps, and reset progress.

Raids

Face powerful Pokémon—solo or with friends—and earn rewards. 18 types of raids with 5 difficulty levels.

Note: Starting with version 1.8.4, you need to enable the beta API in the settings until the dependency issue is resolved.

Languages (Work in progress)

Spanish (ES/MX), English, Portuguese (BR), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Russian (species/moves/abilities; UI text with partial coverage and English fallback)

The add-on uses a script to check for Pokémon appearances in a biome, removing any Pokémon that do not belong to that biome; to disable it, use the following command:

/scriptevent cooblemon:spawn_validation
