File Name

Vampire Addon 1.2.0.mcaddon

Supported Versions

  • 26.3
  • Added Silver, Bloodsilver, and Bloodgold Spears.  Because of how  Spears are handled by  the game, you'll take damage and gain Strength when hitting something with a Bloodsilver Spear. It wasn't possible to  add right click functionality to the spear outside of the charge lmao
  • Added Sanguine Forest Biome
  • Added Nightshades and Spider Lilies, which appear in the Sanguine Forest
  • Changed Blood of the Night's Recipe to require a Nightshade, Spider Lily, and Midnight Fang
  • The Count now Drops a Midnight Fang instead of a flower
  • Vampire Mansions now generate in Sanguine Forests
  • Vampire Mansions are slightly more common now and use better generation code
  • Added recipes to make impure blood in a crafting table using raw meats
  • Changed the texture for all Vampire Fangs
  • Vampire Thralls can now only spawn in Sanguine Forests

This update aims to add some consistency in tools with Mounts of Mayhem with new spears, plus condense the Vampire Stuff to mostly one biome. While you can still find Mausoleums all over the place, you won't get Sanguine Sickness from getting attacked in a regular forest anymore.  While that might be cool to some people, I figured it might be annoying to players on a Realm that might not want to become a Vampire. I tried to make sure becoming  one isn't too hard without access to a Sanguine Forest still. Next update I want to focus on the Nether experience of  the Addon and refine the Desmodus enemy, and maybe add a new boss in the Nether. Additionally, Any feedback is appreciated!
