Chornobyl Survival RPG transforms standard vanilla survival in Minecraft Bedrock into a harsh scenario of life in the Exclusion Zone. Dynamic radiation, random global events, unique professions, and an economy based on a personal PDA create an unparalleled atmosphere of risk and planning.
The add-on is inspired by the historical memory of the tragedy at the nuclear power plant and emphasizes complex, yet balanced survival.
✨ Core Mechanics
Dynamic Radiation: The radiation background (up to 1000 mSv) is constantly updated. The rate of contamination is affected by your biome, dimension, type of equipped armor, and current weather events. In safe places, the radiation gradually decreases.
Realistic Consequences: Don't forget to check your dosimeter! Nausea begins at 250 mSv, poisoning is added at 450 mSv, and extreme exhaustion sets in at 700 mSv.
Anti-Rad Remedies: Lower your contamination level using regular milk (-40 mSv), honey (-25 mSv), or special craftable Anti-Rad Pills (-65 mSv). After use, you will receive a precise health status report in the chat.
💼 Profession System
Choose your path of survival in the Zone (you can change your profession only once every 20 in-game days):
Stalker: Earns points for mining rare resources and blocks.
Scientist: Earns points for researching, collecting, and crafting cartographic items (paper, maps, compasses, books).
Liquidator: Earns rewards for working in extreme conditions (surviving in lava).
Balance Note: To protect against point farming, there is a strict limit — no more than 500 points per 5 in-game days.
🌪️ Global Zone Events
The world is no longer safe. 15 unique events with random durations (from 1 to 20 days) are triggered dynamically. They are publicly announced in the chat and radically change the radiation background:
Radioactive Rain, Emission, Mutant Migration, Dust Storm, Toxic Fog, Anomalous Thunderstorm, Reactor Rumble, Underground Leak, Predator Night, Blackout, Acid Dew, Ash Fall, Ion Pulse, Supply Plane Crash, Calm Aftershock.
