Lock Chest V4.0

🔒 Explosion Safety — Lock Chests can no longer be destroyed by explosions. Previously, an explosion could blow up a chest and wipe out everything stored inside without a trace — that's no longer possible.

🛠️ Placement Reliability — Fixed a rare timing issue where placing a chest too quickly could cause setup problems.

🧹 Data Cleanup — Chests placed on previously-affected locations will now always start completely fresh, with no leftover ownership or password data.

⚙️ Compatibility Update — Updated minimum required Minecraft version to ensure full compatibility with the latest game update.
