-!StaffChat Allows staff to talk in a chat area that no other players can see.

-Player Settings. They must type !ChatSettings. Admins can choose what to toggle on and off, but now players can change settings for themselves. These include, !w, !help, hide chat, clear chat, ignore players, etc

-Pinging. If turned on, type @PlayerName and the player will see it in red and have a sound play. If admins allow, players can turn off in !ChatSettings or change the text color for pings.

-Signs and books now also are auto filtered.

-Bug Fixes

You will have to reset worlds that already use it, but it was to fix a major bugs. I am sorry if this affected you.
