This addon allows you to block the chat and thus prevent people from speaking in events or cinematics.
To lock the chat, remove the lock in the equipment category and enter this command:
/tag @s add admin
And you click on the lock and a menu will appear where by default it is to lock but there you can see the lock and unlock options
When it is blocked only the admin can talk in the chat, if you do not have the tag you will get a message saying that only admins can
