Charge Tools adds a risk-reward power move to every hand-held tool and weapon in the game. Hold sneak with a sword, axe, pickaxe, shovel, hoe, trident, mace, spear, or shears in hand, and a charge bar fills in your action bar over three seconds. Release at 50% or more and the charge locks in — it waits for your next action, then supercharges it.

In combat, your next hit lands with bonus damage and a shockwave — mobs nearby take damage too, not just the one you struck, though other players are never hit by it. In mining, the effect activates only when the block you actually break belongs to that tool's own material family (pickaxe → stone/ore, axe → wood, shovel → dirt/sand, shears → leaves/wool/plants), and the burst that follows only clears more of that same family around it. A charged shovel on dirt brings down a whole patch of ground; a charged shears on leaves clears the canopy — but a mismatched swing (say, a shovel on stone) does nothing extra and keeps the charge banked for later. The hoe never triggers this on a block break at all — its charge is reserved entirely for tilling.

A charged hoe has one more trick: right-click to till, and a whole circle of dirt turns to farmland in one stroke — the only way a hoe spends its charge.

Works in any world. No crafting, no commands — sneak, charge, strike.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Hold sneak with any tool or weapon equipped — a charge bar appears in your action bar and fills over ~3 seconds.
2. Release sneak once it's past 50% — the charge locks in and waits for you.
3. With a tool in hand, do that tool's normal action: swing at a mob, break a matching block, or right-click to till with a hoe.
4. That one action consumes the charge and comes out supercharged — 2x at 50-99%, 4x at 100%. Release before 50% and it just fizzles with nothing banked.

CHARGE PHASES:
• 0–49% → fizzle (released too early — nothing happens)
• 50–99% → 2× burst (bonus damage + area effect, ~1.5 block radius)
• 100% → 4× burst (heavy damage + wider area effect, ~2.5 block radius)

FEATURES:
• Works with every hand-held tool and weapon — swords, axes, pickaxes, shovels, hoes, tridents, maces, spears, shears
• Combat: 2×/4× bonus damage plus an area shockwave that hits every nearby mob, not just your target
• Mining: area break only when the block you hit matches the tool's own material (pickaxe→stone, axe→wood, shovel→dirt/sand, shears→leaves/wool/plants) — a mismatched tool/block pair keeps the charge banked instead of wasting it
• Farming: charged hoe tills a whole circle of farmland at once — the hoe's only way to spend a charge, it never triggers on breaking a block
• Charge only pays off while still holding a tool — switching away banks it for later
• The shockwave never damages other players — mobs only
• Live charge bar in the action bar while sneaking
• No crafting, no commands, no setup required
