The Cave Dweller mod turns Minecraft’s caves into nightmares.
Instead of just being quiet tunnels filled with stone and ore, the underground becomes the hunting ground of a twisted humanoid creature known as the Dweller.

• 👤 Appearance: a pale, skinny figure with distorted limbs and a face that barely looks human. Its body seems broken, as if it was never meant to walk upright.

• 👂 Behavior: it doesn’t always attack directly… it stalks you. The Dweller hides in the darkness, lingers behind walls, and vanishes the moment you look back. Sometimes you’ll hear footsteps, breathing, or guttural noises close by—yet see nothing.

• 🧠 Psychology: its goal isn’t simply to kill you, but to torment you with fear. The longer you stay underground, the bolder it becomes. It blocks your exits, stares from the shadows, or suddenly appears just a few blocks away.

• 🔦 Gameplay: mining is no longer peaceful. Every torch feels like a desperate shield against the darkness. Every sound could mean the Dweller is near—watching, waiting, ready to pounce.
