**BRG Vein Miner Lite** is a carefully engineered, survival-balanced Minecraft Bedrock Edition behavior pack created exclusively for version **1.21.80** and all newer releases. Developed by **BRGamers**, this add-on introduces a lightweight, performance-conscious vein mining system that significantly improves the everyday mining experience while deliberately refusing to break the core survival progression or turn resource gathering into an automatic, mindless process.
The entire philosophy behind the pack can be summarized in one sentence:
**Give players a small, controlled convenience when clearing connected ore clusters, but never hand them an overpowered tool that removes skill, exploration, or the satisfaction of finding a rich vein.**

### Strict Limits (Not Overpowered)
Unlike the majority of vein miner solutions available for Java Edition (and many poorly designed Bedrock attempts), BRG Vein Miner Lite was built from the ground up with strict numerical and behavioral limits.
- When a player breaks an eligible ore block while holding the **Sneak (Crouch)** key, the script performs a tightly bounded face-adjacent search.
- It is allowed to break a **maximum of only 8 additional blocks** of the exact same ore type.
- This hard cap of eight extra blocks is non-negotiable and is enforced at every stage of the algorithm.
- Even a large natural iron or coal vein still requires multiple mining actions, keeping the player actively engaged.

### Simple Activation
Activation is intentionally frictionless and reversible:
- No permanent toggle
- No scoreboard objective
- No configuration file
- No menu needed
Just hold **Sneak** while swinging at an ore.
If the sneak key is not held → normal vanilla mining happens.
This makes it perfect for mixed multiplayer, Realms, and servers.

- Different ore variants **never** connect to each other (normal iron ≠ deepslate iron)
- Only face-adjacent blocks are scanned (no diagonals)
- Search stops after 8 extra blocks **or** 160 block visits (whichever comes first)

### Tool Requirements Fully Respected
- Wooden tools → blocked from almost everything
- Stone tools → cannot vein-mine Redstone, Lapis, Diamond, Emerald
- Iron tools → restricted from Diamond & Emerald
- Only Diamond / Netherite pickaxes can vein-mine the highest tier ores

### Drop Handling (Transparent)
Because Bedrock Script API has limitations, extra blocks use basic average drops:
- Coal Ore → 1 Coal
- Iron Ore → 1 Raw Iron
- Copper Ore → 2 Raw Copper
- Gold Ore → 1 Raw Gold
- Redstone Ore → 4 Redstone
- Lapis Ore → 4 Lapis Lazuli
- Diamond Ore → 1 Diamond
- Emerald Ore → 1 Emerald
- Nether Quartz Ore → 1 Quartz
The original block you break still respects Fortune & Silk Touch normally.
