Body Damage
Every hit matters. Every limb counts.
Give your survival adventures a new layer of danger. Body Damage adds individual body-part health, visible injury tracking, and lasting consequences to Minecraft Bedrock. Surviving a fight is only the beginning—your body still needs time to recover.
🦴 More than a health bar
Your head, chest, arms, legs, and feet track damage separately. Different body parts have different durability, making every encounter feel more consequential.
🧍 See your injuries at a glance
A live body-status HUD shows which areas need attention. Color-coded indicators progress from healthy gray through green and yellow to critical red, giving you a quick picture of your condition.
🔍 Craft your Body Scanner
Check your condition with the Body Scanner, a craftable tool that lets you inspect your body-part health and keep track of your recovery.
⚠️ Injuries have consequences
Severe damage affects more than the display. Critical chest injuries can cause weakness, while serious head injuries can limit health regeneration and trigger temporary blackouts.
Know when to keep fighting—and when to retreat.
⏳ Recover over time
Injured body parts gradually heal in real time, even while you’re offline. Taking another hit briefly interrupts recovery, so getting somewhere safe gives your body a chance to mend.
🌲 Make survival more intense
Whether you’re exploring caves, fighting mobs, or barely escaping your latest adventure, Body Damage adds a reason to prepare carefully and pay attention to every injury.
Craft your scanner. Watch your condition. Make it home in one piece.
For Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Activate both the included Behavior Pack and Resource Pack. The injury system runs in Survival and Adventure modes.
