Blurry's Cobweb Fix

In Bedrock the cobwebs do not disappear automatically when placing water on them. This becomes an issue in PvP when you need to get out of webs. Luckily, this addon fixes the issue!
In Bedrock, cobwebs normally don't break after placing water on them. This starts to especially become an issue when you're in a fight. Luckily, this addon fixes that by placing water above the cobweb, breaking it.
