This is an advanced Zombie Apocalypse Addon/Mod that truley embarks a story and experience

Bloodrain Wasteland: (Addon)

Can you survive Bloodrain Wasteland?

The Night the Sky Choked

It started as a weather report. A red front rolling in off the ocean, "particulate-heavy, no health risk expected." By midnight the rain was falling thick and dark, staining the roofs and the rivers, and the sky itself had turned the color of an open wound.

The first people it touched didn't die. They went quiet, then hungry, then something else entirely.

The scientists at Halcyon Research Station had a name for the storm before anyone else did: the Bloodrain. They had been drilling into something beneath the ice for years. When the sky tore open above their tower, they stopped answering the radio.

You are one of the few who stayed alive past the first night.

Chapter 1: The First Night (Stages 1 to 4)

The dead come out only after dark. Crawlers drag themselves through the streets, slow and weak, and the sun still burns them away at dawn. This is the lesson of the first nights: stay inside, stay quiet, and learn their shapes.

But by the third night the sickness jumps. Cows, chickens, cats, even the fish in the creeks start turning. Nothing is safe to trust anymore, not even the animals you passed yesterday.

By stage 4 the dead have started to learn. They break doors. They tear down the barricades you spent hours on.

Survivor's note: "Don't sleep in the open. Don't trust the quiet. Find the gas stations, the motels, the trailer parks. Anything with walls and a roof."

Chapter 2: The Sun Stops Mattering (Stages 5 to 9)

Something changes during BloodDrain . The dead no longer burn at dawn. The Sprinters come first, then the Shadow Stalkers who wait in the dark corners of the day. A Rift Zombie steps out of thin air and a Mutant Brute walks straight through a wall.

The last radio still working belongs to a voice calling itself Lighthouse, broadcasting from the abandoned radio tower:

"To anyone listening. Quarantine camps are overrun. The checkpoints have fallen. If you can hear this, find us. Bring supplies. Bring batteries. Bring light."

The Bloater is the last of this chapter, a swollen thing that bursts and fouls the air. Nothing about it is natural. Someone made this.

Chapter 3: The Fog (Stages 10 to 14)

Then the fog rolls in. Thick, white, endless. You can't see ten steps ahead, and the dead can now climb the walls you hid behind.

New horrors step out of the white: the Burned, still smoldering from a fire that never ended; the Frozen, rimed with ice that should not exist in this climate; the Swamp and Toxic dead, leaking poison into everything they touch; the Flayer, who works faster than you can run.

The BloodDrain isn't just killing people anymore. It is remaking them, drawing on whatever the land and the dead have left behind.

Survivor's note: "Keep the flashlight for emergencies. It won't last. Nothing does."

Chapter 4: The Dead Remember (Stages 15 to 19)

The graveyards are open. The Gravedigger walks the hills with its shovel. The Bone Ripper hunts through the ruins of the hospital. The Lurker waits in the roadblock pileups, and the Spitter corrodes the walls of the supermarket where you slept.

And then you meet the Plague Doctor.

It wears a mask and carries a bag, just as Dr. Mara Veil did when she walked out of Halcyon with the first samples. The corpse inside the mask still moves with purpose. It is still looking for the cure.

You find her journal in the ruined hospital:

"It isn't a virus. It's a signal. Something beneath the ice is calling, and the rain is how it answers. The infected aren't sick. They're being summoned. Whatever is calling them is getting closer."

Chapter 5: The Army of the Fallen (Stages 20 to 24)

The army never stopped fighting. It just stopped being alive.

Riot-geared dead march in formation out of the police station. The Screamer shrieks, and every dead thing for a hundred blocks turns toward you. A Spiderbreed Mutant has made a nest of the abandoned church. Crystal growths split the earth, glowing faintly where the sky bled into the ground. And the Wraith drifts between the trees, there and not there.

The survivors who remain begin to build boats. The sea is the only place the BloodDrain hasn't reached yet. Rumors speak of a harbor to the south, Harbor Nine, where the radio said a ship waits.

Bring sails. Bring an engine. Bring everything you've got.

Chapter 6: The Source (Stages 25 to 29)

The final stages are not hordes. They are things.

The Harpy Mutant rules the sky. The Juggernaut walks through stone. The Tentacle Horror drags itself out of the cracked earth, and the Siamese Mutant moves with two minds and six arms. Far in the distance something taller than the trees begins to walk: the Colossus.

This is what Halcyon woke up. This is what the signal was for. The Colossus is not the cause. It is only the door.

Endings

By the last night you have a choice:

  • The Escape: Sail for Harbor Nine. Leave the wasteland behind. Survive, and carry what you know to whoever is left.
  • The Last Stand: Hold the survivor bunker, fortify the fort, and fight the Colossus where it stands. Maybe the signal breaks. Maybe it doesn't.
  • The Silence: Reach the radio tower and answer Lighthouse. Whoever is on the other end has been waiting for you the whole time.

Whichever you choose, remember this: BloodDrain remembers everyone who joins.
