Adds craftable Big Shulker Boxes that work exactly like vanilla shulker boxes — placeable, dyeable in all 17 colors, and keeping their contents when broken — but hold 54 slots, twice the storage of a normal one.

### Fixed
- Big Shulker Boxes no longer break when hit by a Wind Charge. In vanilla, wind charges never break blocks, but the box was being popped into an item. Placed boxes now stay put and their contents stay inside.
- The same fix covers Breeze wind charges and the Mace's Wind Burst enchantment.
