How to Use

Craft the Wand

Create the Better Sorting Wand at a crafting table using sticks and an emerald.
(Check the recipe book if you forget!)

Sort Your Chests

Hold the wand in your hand.
Sneak (crouch) and right-click / tap on a chest to instantly organize its contents.
Works with single and double chests.

Choose Sorting Mode

Sneak (crouch) and interact with a Crafting Table while holding the wand.
This toggles between Alphabetical and By Type sorting.
A message on screen shows the active mode.

Cooldown

The wand has a short cooldown (3 seconds) to prevent spamming.

Visual Feedback

Green message → sorting succeeded.
Red message → sorting cancelled (e.g., excluded containers like furnaces or shulker boxes).
Mode change message → when toggling between alphabetical and type-based sorting.
