Toggle shoulder camera with a stick. When ON, default crosshair hides and a vivid red 3D reticle appears at your aim point. When OFF, vanilla crosshair returns.

Shoulder camera addon: use a stick to toggle an over-the-shoulder view. When ON, the vanilla crosshair hides and a vivid red 3D reticle appears at your aim point. Requires Cheats + Beta APIs/Script API (and Experimental Cameras if available).
