Better Neutral Mobs

All mobs are friendly until provoked. (Excluding the Wither and the Ender Dragon) *Achievements Enabled*
No more agressive mobs, without having to be on peaceful mode and losing the ability to finish the game the way you want to! Exclusions to the Wither and Ender Dragon. Its not perfect but I can try and fix any issues if I can. I also had issues with similar pack where mobs would attack each other and creepers would blow up randomly and on contact, which I have removed on this pack.
