Better Knockback

Enhance Minecraft Bedrock's knockback system with Better Knockback, works with both players and mobs (configurable). This addon also prevents entities from getting too much knockback when the attacker is spamming the attack button.
What's new
- Full rewrite into a configurable add‑on.
- Added settings, accessible through the /settings chat command.
- Knockback now uses configurable horizontal/vertical force instead of hardcoded values.

- When attacking an entity, the "status_effects" HUD element is now hidden for the attacker if Prevent insane knockback through weakness is enabled and the attacker has no effects.
