Updates the hud to be more in line with modern minecraft textures while still keeping that vanilla feel to it

This is a port to bedrock of another texture pack l made! Updates the hud to be more in line with modern minecraft textures while still keeping that vanilla feel to it. Mostly basing on vanilla items, potion effect icons and a few of original ideas sprinkled in.
