Bedrock Registry
A shared catalog for Minecraft Bedrock addons. Other packs register and query items, blocks, entities, fluids, gases, tags, loot, recipes, and pack metadata. This pack does not craft, place blocks, or open screens.
Vanilla snapshots ship in the host (recipes, item/block tags, loot, water and lava). Mojang data — see the pack NOTICE. Addon documents persist per (source, kind); a later register for that pair replaces that table.
Import this pack once per world. Addons that cannot run without the catalog list its UUID as a dependency; they must not ship a second copy of the host. The UUID is unchanged from Recipe Registry, so worlds that already depend on it keep working.
Requires: Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.100+, Script API @minecraft/server 2.8.0 (stable; no Beta APIs experiment).
Behavior pack UUID: 33303c67-a05d-4964-b2c3-ba7c42d8d3b6
This download
This CurseForge file is the host behavior pack only (.mcaddon). Players who only enable worlds that already depend on it just need this install.
It does not include the script client authors use to talk to the host. If you write or ship an addon that registers or queries the catalog, also get:
- Docs: https://github.com/xXDMOGXx/mcbe-registry-client/wiki
- npm:
@mcbe-registry/client(+mcbe-ipcfrom https://github.com/OmniacDev/MCBE-IPC) - Drop-in (no bundler):
bedrock-registry-client.jsand fill-inbedrock-registry-register.jsfrom https://github.com/xXDMOGXx/mcbe-registry-client/releases — place Omniac’s module beside them asmcbe-ipc.js
Install (players)
- Download and open this
.mcaddon(or add the behavior pack to the world). - Enable Bedrock Registry on the world.
- There is no resource pack.
Bedrock will not auto-download UUID dependencies. One import is shared by every addon that depends on the same UUID.
For addon authors
Use schema 5 via @mcbe-registry/client (2.x) or the drop-in JS from the client Release. Older Recipe Registry clients (reciperegistry.*, schema 4 and below) do not get catalog replies.
Do not embed this host inside your own pack. Namespace your ids (mymod:…). List the UUID above as a manifest dependency only if your addon cannot function without the catalog.
