This is a simple Addon that adds a cool spawner mechanic and more to the game.
To get a Spawner, you first need to find a regular spawner and break it for 1 or 2 Spawner Fragments.
Then from that there are 3 different recipes to make a spawner(s):
The first one is a overworld spawner which can summon either hostile or pasive mobs from the overworld. (no sniffer)
THen the secound is a nether spawner, which spawns mobs form the nether.
Finally, the third one is a Universal Mob Spawner which when right clicked, can summon all the mobs besides bosses. (Warden, Ender Dragon, Wither.)
And endermen, shulkers, and more are in Universal Spawner.
