1. Ownership and Copyright

 

All rights, title, and interest in this Minecraft Add-on, including its original code, textures, models, animations, sounds, configurations, and other original assets, are reserved by EthanCabuno, except for third-party materials subject to separate licenses.

 

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this license.

 

2. Personal Use

 

You are permitted to download, install, and use this Add-on for personal, non-commercial purposes.

 

You may not modify, alter, adapt, or create modified versions of any part of this Add-on, including its code, textures, models, animations, sounds, and other assets, without prior written permission from the author.

 

3. Commercial Use Prohibition

 

This Add-on is strictly non-commercial.

 

You may not sell, rent, license for a fee, or otherwise monetize this Add-on or any of its original assets. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

- Selling the Add-on or any modified version of it.

- Placing the Add-on behind a paywall, including Patreon memberships or similar services.

You may not re-upload, mirror, independently host, or redistribute this Add-on as a standalone download on any website, platform, launcher, or other distribution service without prior written permission from the author.

 

All standalone downloads must be obtained through the author's official project pages.

 

Sharing links to the official project pages is permitted.

 

The modpack exception described in Section 5 is the only redistribution exception granted by this license unless the author provides additional written permission.

 

5. Modpack Inclusion

 

You may include this Add-on in a modpack only if all of the following conditions are met:

 

- The modpack is completely free to download and access.

- The Add-on's files remain completely unmodified.

- Proper credit is given to EthanCabuno as the original author.

- A link to the official project page is provided whenever reasonably possible.

- The Add-on is not used as a means of generating revenue or as a paid benefit.

 

This permission does not grant the right to modify, extract, redistribute separately, or claim ownership of the Add-on or its assets.

 

6. Derivative Works and Reverse Engineering

 

Without prior written permission from the author, you may not:

 

- Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to reconstruct protected source code, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
