Automatically moves the next Totem of Undying from your inventory into the offhand after one activates, while a shield keeps the system disabled.

- Spare totems are now taken from the main inventory before the hotbar.
- The selected hotbar slot is preserved whenever another spare totem is available.
Fixed
- Failed offhand changes now restore the original inventory stack instead of risking the loss of a spare totem.
- Delayed refills now handle unexpected game errors safely without disrupting the add-on script.
