Craft your gold into your meals.
Vanilla Minecraft only has two golden foods: the Golden Carrot and the Golden Apple (plus its Enchanted version).
This add-on expands that idea into a full food category, adding over 14 new craftable foods built from ingredients you already farm, cook, or find — all wrapped in gold.
Everything is made at a crafting table or cooked in a furnace, smoker, or campfire.
Crafting Pattern
Most golden foods follow a simple pattern: surround the base ingredient with 8 Gold Nuggets at the crafting table. Exceptions are noted in each entry below.
All foods appear under the Nature tab in the creative inventory.

Golden Chorus Fruit
4 Nutrition — 4.0 Saturation
- Grants Invisibility and Slow Falling for 30 seconds
- Removes Slowness and Mining Fatigue
Teleports you forward in the direction you're looking (up to 64 blocks). Unlike vanilla Chorus Fruit, which teleports randomly
Golden Beetroot
4 Nutrition — 3.2 Saturation
- Grants Speed I for 20 seconds
- Removes Nausea and Mining Fatigue
Golden Beetroot Soup
6 Nutrition — 8.0** Saturation — Stack: 1 (returns bowl)
- Grants Absorption II and Speed I for 120 seconds
- Grants Regeneration I for 20 seconds
- Removes Nausea and Mining Fatigue
Golden Sweet Berries
4 Nutrition — 2.4 Saturation
- Grants Haste I for 30 seconds
- Removes Poison
(Cannot be planted)
Golden Potato
2 Nutrition — 1.0 Saturation
- Grants Saturation II, Strength I, and Speed I for 20 seconds.
Cook in a Furnace, Smoker, or Campfire to get Golden Baked Potato
Cannot be planted.

- Grants Saturation II, Strength I, and Speed I for 120 seconds

Golden Bread
6 Nutrition — 6.0 Saturation
- Grants Absorption III for 30 seconds
- Grants Instant Health III on consume.
- Removes Hunger.
Golden Spider Eye
2 Nutrition — 3.2 Saturation
- Grants Regeneration III for 10 seconds.
- Inflicts Poison I on the consumer for 5 seconds.
Golden Pie
8 Nutrition — 5.0 Saturation
- Grants Absorption I, Fire Resistance, and Speed I for 30 seconds
- Removes Poison
Golden Egg
Not a food item — Stack: 16
Can be cooked in Furnace/Smoker/Campfire.
Golden Fried Egg
8 Nutrition — 4.5 Saturation
- Removes Poison, Fatal Poison, Wither, Weakness, and Nausea at once.
Cooked from Golden Egg (Furnace / Smoker / Campfire)
Golden Soup
5 Nutrition — 8.5 Saturation — Stack: 1 (returns bowl)
- Grants Haste I, Resistance I, and Speed I for 120 seconds
Enchanted Golden Carrot

- Grants Absorption III, Haste III, and Night Vision for 120 seconds.

Installation
1. Download the .mcaddon file
2. Import to Minecraft
3. Activate both the Behavior Pack and Resource Pack in your world settings
