Anguish Analog Horror

A tall red figure stands with horns that end in eyes.
Ribs show through stretched skin; the head is almost gone.
Extra eyes stare from the curved horns above it.
Long thin limbs hang past where feet should be.
A short sound can mark its arrival in the open world.
Sometimes it only watches from the foot of your bed.
Horror built around that wrong body and those watching horns.
