Angling (Unoffical Bedrock Port)
An aquarium-focused expansion that adds new fish, unique aquarium mechanics, decorative blocks, roe production, and aquatic wildlife.
Port Permission: This add-on is an unofficial Bedrock Edition port of Angling. The original mod was created by EightSidedSquare with artwork by Diansumods. The project is released under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) 1.0 Universal License, which permits copying, modifying, distributing, and using the work for any purpose, including commercial use. Creatures
12 new mobs spawn naturally across oceans, rivers, swamps, jungles, and beaches.
- Every fish can be caught in a water bucket, which remembers their species, variant, and baby state
- Breed them with the right food and they'll lay roe on the seafloor, hatching into babies after a few minutes
- Sea Slugs come in dozens of colour and pattern combinations
- Crabs inherit their variant from their parents
- Seahorses birth a small litter directly instead of laying eggs
- The Pelican soars over coastlines and drops feathers
Blocks
New blocks generate throughout ocean, river, swamp, and wetland biomes.
- Starfish cling to the seafloor in 16 colours and dry out if left out of water
- Algae attaches to any solid underwater surface and spreads with Bone Meal
- Duckweed and Sargassum float on still water surfaces and spread with Bone Meal
- Papyrus grows along rivers and wetlands and can be crafted into Paper
- Wormy Dirt and Wormy Mud hide worms that drop when broken or dug out with a hoe
Breeding and Items
- Most fish breed with Worms, which drop from tilling soil or breaking Wormy Dirt and Mud
- Crabs breed with Raw Cod or Salmon
- Sea Slugs breed with Algae
- Sunfish drop a raw food item on death that can be cooked in any furnace or campfire
The Angling Guidebook
A Guidebook is given to you automatically on your first login. It covers every mob, block, and item in the addon — spawn biomes, breeding foods, bucket behaviour, crafting, and more. Everything you need is in the game.
