Changelogs:

- Recreated detecting weather. Use functions AnglersDesire/reload to update the latest scripts.
- Fixed function AnglersDesire/reload recursively calling itself, and not doing anything.
- Added Compatibility with Taco's Fish Addon
- Nautilus Shell can now only be fished in the ocean.
- Made Rare, and Very Rare fish from Taco's Fish stop spawning naturally.
Note: Make sure to make this behavior pack on top of taco's fish addon, if you have taco's fish installed.
