Fixes:
-Fixed the discrepancy where the chance of some loot tables didn't match their descriptions in the Alloys Forging Book.
-Fixed a bug where resin clumps and resin bricks can be consumed by a player although the player doesn't wear Creaking Armour set.
-Player who is in creative mode will no longer consume resin bricks and resin clumps when used wearing Creaking Armour.
