- added crafting recipe for All-Black
- added the ability to "place down" All-Black and "pick her back up" (added a separate entity that looks like All-Black is placed down on the ground, you summon the entity by interacting with All-Black on any block, then to pick All-Black back up, hit the entity, and pick up the dropped NecroSword item)
