Blocks:

AE Logs:

New AE Mangrove & Cherry Logs [Report a Bug]

Updated Dead Tree Log textures Up & Down faces [Report a Bug]

Fixes:

● Fixed AE logs rotation & textures once and for all [Fix]

● Dead Tree Log will no longer drop itself when broken with the hand [Fix]

● Dead Tree Log now has a proper break time when chopped with the filnt hatchet [Fix]

Nature:

Flowers now instantly break [Report a Bug]

Fixes:

● Flowers are no longer explosion-resistant [Fix]

● Dried grass will no longer drop itself unless silk is touched [Fix]

Huge Rocks:

Adjusted Huge rock geometry [Report a Bug]

Flaked material will have a random chance to drop when hitting the huge rock [Report a Bug]

Cherry & Mangrove planks can now be flaked on huge rocks [Report a Bug]

Hitting the Huge Rock will produce different sounds depending on the item used [Report a Bug]
Fixes:

Fire Pit:

Fire pits will now turn off if not used after lighting them up for 15 seconds [Report a Bug]

Fire pits now produce a crackle sound while lit [Report a Bug]

Fire pits will now make sounds when lit up with a stick [Report a Bug]

Fire pits will now make sounds when adding raw food to them [Report a Bug]

Fire pits will now make a pop sound when removing cooked food from them [Report a Bug]

Fire pits & Chopping block now have break sounds [Report a Bug]

Fire pits make a sound when items are ready to be picked up [Report a Bug]

Fixes:

● Fixed fire pit smoke and fire particles not showing [Fix]

Grinstone:

Grindstones now have collision boxes [Report a Bug]

The grindstone's texture has been darkened to make it more visible when placed on stone [Report a Bug]

Cherry, mangrove, and dead tree bark can now be ground in the grinder [Report a Bug]

Grindstones make a sounds when grinding [Report a Bug]

● The fire will no longer turn off before burning the kiln or the items inside [Fix]

● Lighting a fire under a kiln will no longer burn the surrounding kilns [Fix]

● Lighting a fire under a kiln will no longer smelt blocks inside surrounding kilns [Fix]

● Fixed a bug where lighting a fire on low-grade charcoal under the kiln caused the kiln not to work [Fix]

● Fixed a bug where low-grade charcoal would light up fire on its own [Fix]

- This fix will be available when minecraft fixes the "block_sensor" component. [Fix]

Items:

Flint Hatchet:

Flint hatchets are now as durable as stone axes [Report a Bug]

Flint hatchets can now be enchanted with axe enchantments [Report a Bug]

Flint hatchets now take damage when breaking blocks, interacting with blocks, & attacking [Report a Bug]

Flint hatches now have the same damage as a stone axe [Report a Bug]

Flint hatches are now repairable with flaked flint in the anvil [Report a Bug]

Flint Work Blade:

Adjusted Flint workblades Durability [Report a Bug]

Flint workblade can now be enchanted with axe enchantments [Report a Bug]

Flint Workblade now has a usage animation [Report a Bug]

Adjusted how fast the flint workblade breaks blocks [Report a Bug]

Flint workblade now take damage when breaking blocks, interacting with blocks, & attacking [Report a Bug]

Flint workblade are now repairable with flaked flint in the anvil [Report a Bug]

Flint workblade is the fastest way to break plants the following blocks were included in this version: [Report a Bug]

- [Cactus, Big Drip Leaves, Moss block, Moss Carpet Glow Lichen, Mushroom Block] [Report a Bug]

Leaves will drop when broken with a flint work blade; this feature won't work until v1.20.70 [Report a Bug]

Misc:

Flint Axe now breaks low-grade charcoal faster [Report a Bug]

Added Dead Tree bark [Report a Bug]

Wet-tanned hide, salted hide, and raw hide are now in the items category [Report a Bug]

Basic leather clothing no longer takes damage [Report a Bug]

Basic leather clothing no longer provides protection [Report a Bug]

New Systems:

Blocks:

Low-grade charcoal can now be rotated like a log when placed by a player [Report a Bug]

New AE light blocks that replace the Minecraft light block in some situations [Report a Bug]

Fixes:

● Add-on version number and Experimental Pack version number are now unified [Fix]

● The player can now place blocks in the low-grade charcoal position after breaking them [Fix]

● Low-grade charcoal no longer places a small pink block on top of it [Fix]

● Low-grade charcoal now has a proper break time [Fix]

● Setting fire with the whittled stick no longer places a small pink block with the fire [Fix]

● Fixed Fluid Bladders CS Recipe: You can use Minecraft brown dye instead of the removed one [Fix]

Items:

The chance of lighting a fire using the whittled stick is higher [Report a Bug]

Note: The AE Experimental Pack is required in order for the add-on to function properly.

Known Issues

● Ages Evolution doesn't fully support Minecraft 1.20.30+ yet [Live Bug]

● Some blocks & structures are not generated because of feature rules [Live Bug]

● Some item functionalities won't work [Live Bug]

● Low-grade charcoal blocks, in some cases, start fire on their own [Live Bug]
