# 🌟 BIG UPDATE - Advanced Villager Plus v2.9.0 🌟
Welcome to the biggest update to **Advanced Villager Plus**! This update completely revitalizes your companions, making them feel more alive, more useful, and far better looking than ever before!

## 🆚 What's New? (Before vs. After)
### 🎨 1. Massive Texture Overhaul
* **Before:** Companions had basic or broken 16x16 textures that didn't properly convey their feelings or look right.
* **NOW:** A complete 100% Vanilla-accurate redesign! Companions feature the classic folded arms and unibrow you love, but now beautifully react to their mood:
* 😊 **Happy:** Rosy cheeks and sparkling green eyes.
* 😡 **Angry:** Slanted unibrow, forehead vein, and red flushed cheeks.
* 😐 **Neutral:** The authentic vanilla Minecraft villager look.
* ✨ **Hired Glow (NEW!):** When you hire a companion, they will temporarily glow with golden eyes and a special gold star badge on their robe!
### 🎣 2. Two Brand New Jobs (Total: 7 Jobs)
* **Before:** 5 Jobs (Guard, Gatherer, Miner, Farmer, Lumberjack)
* **NOW:** Introducing two incredibly useful automated jobs!
* 🎣 **Fisher:** When stationed near water, they will dynamically fish for you! They catch Cod, Salmon, Tropical Fish, and even rare treasures like Nautilus Shells and the ultra-rare **Heart of the Sea** (complete with a firework celebration!).
* ⚒️ **Blacksmith:** The ultimate utility companion. They actively scan your inventory and slowly **repair your damaged Diamond, Iron, and Netherite tools/armor** while they work!
### 📚 3. New Perk Added (Total: 4 Perks)
* **Before:** 3 endgame focused combat/loot perks.
* **NOW:** Added **Swift Learner**. An affordable, early-game perk that boosts your companion's XP gain by +50%, helping them level up and unlock better abilities significantly faster.
### 🎂 4. The Birthday Event System!
* **Before:** Companions just worked tirelessly with no special life events.
* **NOW:** Every 30 minutes, there's a chance it's your companion's birthday! You will get a chat notification and have 5 minutes to bring them a **Cake**. If you do, you'll trigger a massive firework celebration and be rewarded with Diamonds, Emeralds, and a massive boost to their Mood and XP!
### 🎁 5. Gift Tribute System
* **Before:** Mood only increased slowly over time or by paying salaries.
* **NOW:** A brand-new **"Gift Tribute"** button in the main menu! You can now directly offer items to your companion to instantly boost their mood. From Iron Ingots and Flowers to Diamonds and Netherite, the better the gift, the happier they get!
### 💬 6. Passive Chat & Personality
* **Before:** Silent workers.
* **NOW:** Your companions are ALIVE! They will now periodically speak in chat with fun, job-specific voice lines. A Miner might yell about finding ores, while a Guard adjusts their imaginary armor.
### 📊 7. Enhanced UI & Stats
* **Before:** Basic stats panel.
* **NOW:** The stats panel has been heavily upgraded to track active Perks, Total Days Hired, Total Fish Caught, and Total Tools Repaired!
