Improves the resurrect prompt in two ways: Separates it from "Release Spirit / Recap", and prevents you from accidentally closing it with ESC.
Tracks and displays % progress gained from individual mobs or entire pulls in Mythic+ dungeons, on nameplates & unit tooltips
