You get a heart every advancement BUT lose a heart every damage you take. This makes surviving fun or challenging dependingg on your skill. So get advancements so you can rule over the mobs.
Running the command "/giveclutchs" it will give you every block that you can clutch with in 1.20.1. You need OP Permission Level: 4 to run the command! For NeoForge 1.21.8 you do command "/giveclutchblocks"
