HootKeep is a walkie-talkie addon that was inspired by the no longer updated GBR3 radio addon. It can be used to send transmissions like you do with a walkie talkie.
This addon can be used by guilds to make DMing a bit easier, it will send out different brackets of Raidwarnings for attack/heal and defense emotes.
