Power gets a buff. Power also increases arrow velocity by 20% per level. Power X now unlockable.
Sharpness gets a buff. Sharpness does more damage per level. Sharpness X now unlockable.
The Anvil gets a rework. XP costs are never too expensive, enchants stronger than the game's limit don't get set to limit when used. Config options for capping XP cost or making Anvil free.
The Enchanted Golden Apple gets a buff. Now gives Regeneration V, and Absorption V.
