Steps to take.
1:Increase throttle to max.
2: Turn on SAS
3: Start ramjets.
4: Pull up before end of runway.
5: Continue on upward trajectory until engines cut out.
6: At this point, detach Satellite and activate satellite engine. The satellite is now launched.
7: (Subjective) If you continue on a straight trajectory, the satellite will eventually achieve a velocity of 4,200 M/s

7: Adjust trajectory to orbit Kerbin (or in case of a skilled pilot, the Mun.)
