Changed aerodynamical properties: Increased lift on main wings, moved engines forward to improve CoG, moved cargo bay on cargo variant backwards to reduce effects on CoG when carrying payloads, replaced "canards" with, ehm, canards, to greatly reduce risk of stalling when at high angles of attack (old model stalled at 5-15 degrees AoA), should be virtually non existent now. This means that the flyability has been improved.
On the flipside, take-off speeds of the cargo variant at maximum load (25 Tons) increased to 140 m/s, to improve take-off procedure, RATO's have been added.
