Lunar Exploration Vehicle
Way way way way back in 0.13.3, I made my only successful lunar rocket. I have now recreated it in 1.0
It's a recreation of an earlier rocket, from back in 0.13.3. It can go to the Mun & back, & also to the stars. It has no action groups, landing legs or docking ports, but it works. Just goes to show you don't need Mechjeb or 5-meter fuel tanks to do cool things.
It actually might not be able to go to the stars, because this was before Minmus came out (cough) but all in all, if you want to go to anywhere with just this, I hope you don't work at NASA.
In all honesty is just a remembrance of back in the day, & isn't the most interesting rocket out there. But if I'm not the only one who appreciated the old days, then you might like it too.
It does look a lot like its prehistoric counterpart, besides being 2.5 instead of 1.25, but back then the smaller ones held 3 people. So Yeah.
