Originally built by Mareczex333, it has been proven to be excellent for military hardware. it's intended use is as a weapon platform for the Kerbal Military. It is a stock aircraft. It has two engines and is very manuovorable. it has a short takeoff speed. basically it is a Fighter/Attack aircraft.
