DART v1
DART is a supersonic plane capable of sustaining a long flight at 1200 m/s besides of flying like a glider. Due to its design you can also brake in the air in a few seconds without breaking the wings. From the base, it will land on the abandoned air field in 1:30 minutes.
TIPS:
- 1100 m/s is the highest safe speed before reaching overheating.
- Optimise the fuel consumption reducing acceleration at high speeds.
- "Closed Cycle" engine mode is not recommended due to the poor consumption/performance rate.
- This plane is not fully operative over 30.000 metres. Forget about the Kármán line.
- Customise the settings, try it slow, reach the north pole... Experiment with it! It can even dive underwater!
