[Artificial Gravity Station]

This station is designed to simulate gravity through the use of a spinning ring. Kerbals are able to traverse to the surface of the ring, and experience gravity. There is also a dock-able rover file attached, and can be docked to the main ring station. 

NOTE: The station MUST be kept at a Geo-Synchronous orbit in order for the rover to work.
