It is a structural part with 2 connection nodes.
The collision meshes are concave enabling your Kerbals to sit inside for all kinds of shopping cart adventures!
INSTALLATION:
Insert the contents of the zip file into your Kerbal Space Program "GameData" folder.
In the event that you have installed any of my other mods your computer may ask you if you wish to overwrite something. Go ahead an select, yes/ok/sure/do it/overwrite/go ahead/fine/etc.
